We provide genuine and accurate cost estimating in all aspects of construction, including Redevelopment and New Construction.  We provide Quick-Cost Analysis for the Preliminary Design phase of your project, and we don’t shuffle costs or hide fees.

Current Projects Bidding

If you are a subcontractor and have been invited to submit a bid to one of our projects, you may review the plans and specifications on Builders Exchange of Washington. Contact the Project Manager for the login information.
