Description:

2 acre site development and construction for the Navy Federal Credit Union, Whidbey Island Branch.

Notes:

The Navy Federal Credit Union, Whidbey Island Branch in Oak Harbor WA, occuppies an approximate 2 acre site.  To reduce the quantity and improve the quality of the stormwater runoff,  this site is fully landscape with native plants, and all parking/drive lanes are constructed with 7” of pervious concrete pavement.  In addition, an underground concrete stormwater detention vault was installed to aid in the collection and treatment. 

Building construction is 100% non combustible construction utilizing Structural Metal Framed walls and Cold Formed Metal roof truss system.  Exterior Façade is cladded with brick veneer, prefinished Hardie Artizan lap siding, fully glazed curtain walls and storefront windows.  Interior construction consist of floor to ceiling glass partitions, stone tile flooring, and Plyboo plywood finished casework with Caeserstone solid surface countertops.   Building systems include fully automatic wet type fire sprinkler system, automated Variable Air Volume heating and cooling system and advanced lighting control system throughout facility.
