Notes:
New construction of a 4-story 41-Unit residential apartment complex which includes underground parking structure requiring extensive soldier pile and lagging retaining walls to support adjacent properties and alleyways. Exterior cladding is a combination of brick veneer, cement board siding ornamental foam elements, and large aluminum deck systems. Main floor parking for 30 vehicles along with an additional alley grade carport for an additional 7 spaces. Fully conditioned ground floor common entrances with tenant storage at basement level and secure heated indoor bike storage and repair area.
Interior construction of the 4-story complex includes exposed concrete walls at main entrances, high end wood-stained cabinets, doors, and trim. All interior units will have luxury vinyl plank, solid surface countertops, backsplash, undermount sinks and stainless-steel appliances.
