Interior improvements to existing 2,900 s.f. building shell that included all new multi-zoned VRF heating and cooling systems, plumbing systems, concrete slab on grade and high end interior finishes. Horizon Oral Surgery was equipped with full dental gas, air and vacuum to 3 ea. operatories and 2 ea. consultations.

Due to the level of patient sedation the medical gas system was designed with multiple redundant medical zone valve alarms and safety features to meet current and upcoming new code requirements for oral surgery clinics. The clinic is able to continue to operate at capacity for up to 18 hrs with power provided by a new diesel emergency generator system.
