Description:
The project scope consisted of full interior demolition of existing finishes and walls in preparation for a new Infusion Clinic.
Notes:
The tenant improvement was equipped with new electrical and mechanical systems specially designed for the unique daily operations that included full pharmacy area with hazardous and non-hazardous mixing rooms to serve patient’s needs.
Patient treatment areas were provided via private treatment areas and open treatment areas separated using high end custom casework, Lumicor paneling and custom vinyl wall covering murals. New finishes included multi-colored contemporary paint scheme, luxury vinyl plank and sheet vinyl flooring, custom stained doors and metal door frames throughout with new commercial door hardware.
The main treatment area was designed in a large radius of new metal framed walls and ceiling soffits with adjoining acoustical ceiling systems. The multi-use building lighting system consists of traditional flat panel LED lights along with a variety of accent lighting. Building support rooms consist of general office area, lab, consultation, reception, locker rooms with private showers, training rooms, open clinical office and general shipping and receiving.
