Renovation of an existing 2,340 s.f. general office space into new Dental suite within fully occupied multiuse building.  Existing building had minimal underground utilities so in order to convert from office to dental we required extensive concrete lab cutting and excavation for new sanitary sewer and dental vacuum systems.  Electrical service was disabled and relocated to new mechanical area where a dental compressor and vacuum system were installed.  The new dental office was equipped with 7 ea. treatments rooms and associated support office, labs, sterilization, and staff work areas.  Interior finishes consisted of new LED Lighting, Vinyl Plank Flooring, Luxury Vinyl Tile Flooring, new custom finished wood doors and trim throughout suite.  All dental casework and equipment were purchased from out of state vendors which resulted in a significant amount of coordination to confirm MEP systems were properly located for future connections.
