Description:
A new, 2500 s.f. dental building and clinic addition onto an existing building with prepared fixtures.
Notes:
Exterior cladding included the installation of new Storefront Windows with high performance Blue Azuria Glazing, exterior EIFS finished with specialty metallic coating and Premium Parklex open joint panel systems. Interior temperature control was provided by a new Heat Pump VRF system with heat recovery ventilators providing code compliant outside air the suite. Interior of the space was provided with 6 Treatment rooms, labs, sterilization room, consultation room and pan room for patient imaging. A custom reception counter with solid surface countertops greets patients prior to entering waiting room with large windows and 12’ ceilings. Interior finishes included painted hollow metal door frames with plastic laminate clad doors for extra durability, luxury vinyl plank flooring in corridors and sheet vinyl flooring in treatment areas. All treatment rooms were provided with dental oxygen, nitrous, compressed air, underground vacuum systems and electrical circuitry distributed for connection to new dental casework and equipment.
