Full Exterior and Interior Renovation of Existing Bank Building into new Class A offices with the additional construction of a 480 s.f. garage structure.  Exterior renovations included the removal of all wood siding and replacing it with new prefinished metal siding.  Existing canopy roofs demolished, rebuilt, and clad with new standing seam metal roofing.  All other exterior surfaces received new sealants and paint coatings.  Existing drive thru was demolished and new 480 s.f. wood framed storage/garage building was constructed for owner supplies.

Interior renovations included new offices with custom finished wood doors and relites.  Restrooms were renovated to mee current ADA standards with new flooring and paint throughout.  The existing stair system was modified to provide better flow and a new custom guardrail with stained wood cap installed to protect the public and employees.  Electrical systems were redistributed with new IT Cabling, power and cable hung decorative LED pendant fixtures throughout the suite.  The basement was renovated into a new staff training center with full coffee serving bar that replicates Cruisin’ Coffee stands located throughout Whatcom and Skagit counties.  The building received all new carpet tiles, luxury vinyl plank flooring, window coverings and new paint throughout.
