Description:
Tenant improvement of an exisiting commercial space for a new vision clinic.
Notes:
Interior renovations of existing vacant commercial building into new 1500 s.f. optometry suite and new wood framed 300 s.f. loft area. Ground floor construction required saw cutting of existing concrete slab on grade in order to install new sanitary sewer system to 5 ea. exam rooms and footings for new loft/storage area above. Interior finishes were a mirror of previously completed Lynden Branch with custom stained sapele doors, trims and casework. Due to the 20’ ceiling heights in main waiting areas 2 ea. metal framed gypsum board clad clouds were installed to help with acoustics. Display cases for new optics were a combination of custom manufactured sapele cabinets along with manufactured floating display boxes. Interior finishes also included new LED lighting, carpet tiles, custom paint finishes, window coverings and new corridor wall fixtures.
