Windermere Plaza project was an extension of work completed at Birch Bay Square Redevelopment.  The building was a stand alone two story wood framed structure located on an existing prepared site, that  required a full wet fire protection system to protect the interior spaces and a dry system to protect the extensive post and beam open air entrance structure. 

In order to meet the clients demands for future flexibility all mechanical and electrical systems were designed in order to provide ultimate flexibility and efficiencies.  Interior common areas included VG fir trim and custom structural steel handrailing at clerestories and stair systems, tile floor coverings and a custom see-through gas fireplace surrounded by stone veneer.
