New construction of a 38-unit High-End Apartment Complex which includes full civil and underground utilities to the building from existing city systems.  Exterior facade is constructed of a 100% brick veneer with metal canopies and prefabricated aluminum balconies.

Interior construction of the 3-story, 38,000 s.f. building consists of heating and cooling systems to each unit, high-end custom cabinetry with solid surface countertops, large over-sized window openings, vinyl plank flooring, and custom entrance lobby along with a 3-stop elevator for easy access to each floor.
