Improvements to existing 4,500 s.f. office suite into new Type A office suite with enlarged offices, conference rooms and client meeting areas.  All offices were equipped with custom wood and glass entrance walls, with interior walls receiving Koroseal Wallcoverings from floor to ceiling.  Restrooms were renovated using high end fixtures, toilet accessories and porcelain wall and floor tile. New custom casework was installed for conference rooms, coffee bar, main reception bar that incorporated quartz countertops and Kaswell ornamental wood surfacing.  The Franklin Corporation worked continuously with interior designer throughout the building to ensure final details exceeded all expectations.
