Notes:
Site Demolition and improvements to approximately 3.95 acres of land development which included asphalt paving, a con-tech storm drainage facility, landscaping, and site hardscapes.
Construction included 2 multi-story and 3 single-story structural steel and wood framed retail buildings. Buildings were provided with exterior cladding of metal siding, brick veneer and stucco construction along with full mechanical and electrical systems for future expansion of tenant spaces.
