Description:
2 acre site development and new construction of wood framed Fire Station.
Notes:
The construction of Sedro-Wolley Fire Station #2 included exterior brick veneer and painted hardi siding. Site construction improvements to existing 2 acre parcel included construction of Storm Detention Facility, Asphalt and Concrete Paving, Road Widening along SR 20, and full, complete landscaping with the construction of 2 primary Rain Gardens. Interior construction included 3 apparatus bays, living quarters for 5 fire department personnel, and all associated mechanical and electrical systems to support day to day operations.
