Interior restaurant tenant improvement located in the Gateway Building Redevelopment project.
Notes:
The Franklin Corporation worked closely with the owner in completing interior upgrades including extensive ornamental metal work, interior lighting, and slate tile coverings accented throughout the space. Interior suite includes restaurant seating on main floor and additional lounge sports bar area on upper floor area.
