The Franklin Corporation

Recently completed Lakeway Square was similar in scope to our previous renovations in that Franklin Corporation completed structural steel frames, infill framing, stucco, and brick façade.  Existing parking lot was completely renovated to include new sidewalks, landscaping, and lighting.

Lakeway was a complex project being that all construction was completed with100% occupancy throughout the center with the exception of the grocery store, in which Franklin Corp was renovating under the same time period.  This required precise scheduling and constant coordination with tenants to ensure that day to day business activities were not disturbed.  When Franklin Corporation was awarded the project a completion date was set for less than 6 months, we worked diligently with the design team throughout the construction process to ensure that schedules were managed and project budget maintained.
