Notes:

The Lakeway Retail Center - Whole Foods Exterior and Parking Lot Revision project prepared and expanded the existing retail center for occupancy by new grocer tenant.  Work to the existing building included a full structural upgrade of the roof structure for new H.V.A.C. and Fire Sprinkler piping.  Along with structural upgrades the installation of new main water and sewer piping were installed and connected to city main services.  At the entrance to the building The Franklin Corporation constructed a new non-combustible structural steel framed tower with brick and composite paneling system.  Additional upgrades included a complete realignment of the existing parking lot to help alleviate the anticipated increase in traffic.

Similar to the original Lakeway Center Remodel, the existing complex remained 100% occupied which meant that access to tenant suites needed to be maintained at all times.  Franklin Corporation accomplished this by clear communication and coordination with tenants throughout the process.  Our work was coordinated with the tenants.
