The Franklin Corporation

The NW Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Center T.I. consisted of two phases: The first phase involved demolition of existing medical suites, construction of medical procedure rooms, recovery spaces, offices, restrooms, and a decontamination/scope room in a 3,800 s.f. space.  Materials specified for medical applications were installed throughout as well as medical gas and expeditor equipment. 

Phase Two involved converting 1,200 s.f. of prior NW Gastroenterology space into staff lounge/office rooms, all newly constructed after complete demolition of the previous gastro clinic.  This entire project was done on the second floor of a fully occupied medical building.
