We believe that honesty and integrity are the cornerstones to building a long-term client relationship. "Honesty" lends itself to improved communication and develops a shared vision and better execution of your project goals. "Integrity" fosters trust and understanding and lays the foundation for an effective and efficient project team.
In addition to developing strong client relationships, we also feel it's important to give back to our community. In our history, we have proudly donated our services and resources to the following worthy organizations:

Commercial Construction and Corporate Background
Donnelly Construction, Inc. was formed in 1977 specializing in the fields of Commercial Renovation, Building Restoration, and Condominium Living Units.
In 1980, Donnelly Construction Inc. expanded to become Donnelly and Associates. The company mandate focused on providing consultation services to a wide-range of Investors, Developers, and Lending Institutions. During this time, we gained an incredible wealth of knowledge in Land Use issues, Design Development, and Financial and Construction Cost Analysis. Because of our expanded role, we formed two subsidiaries: Franklin Properties Inc. to handle the growing Commercial Development side, and The Franklin Corporation, the construction side of the business.
And then in 1990, The Franklin Corporation separated from the development side of the business to focus on what you see today: A full-service Commercial Construction company. With over 30 years experience, we have developed a skill set capable of handling any aspect of your project scope and overcome any construction obstacle.

Brett Bennett - President / Project Manager
Brett graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Construction Management. Afterwards, he went work for a large construction company in Seattle WA, where he was employed as a Project Engineer and Estimator overseeing the completion of several multi-million dollar projects. We were fortunate to have Brett return to his hometown and work for us as our Project Manager. Brett's a "Hands On" Project Manager with all levels of experience and an eye for detail that gives him solid advantage over his contemporaries.
