New construction of a 4,952 s.f. wood framed dental clinic that full site improvements to 1.5-acre site to include new storm detention facilities, fully sprinklered landscaping and ornamental wood framed entrance canopies.  The site was prepared with extension of utilities for future building project or addition to existing dental building.  Exterior cladding was a combination of Rain Screen High Performance Parklex Panel system and Prefinished Metal Paneling.  An exterior custom aluminum sunshade wraps perimeter of building providing necessary shading for expansive storefront window openings.

 Interior of the building provides the owner with 12 ea. patient treatment areas along with necessary lab, sterilization, and consumable storage areas.  Patients upon entering are serviced by a full wrap around reception desk with ornamental paneling, solid surface countertops and wood trim.  Main waiting area provides for 15’ ceilings, stone fireplace surround, solid quartz hearth, solid wood floating shelves and a dedicated kids waiting area.  Interior finished throughout the building are high end luxury vinyl plank flooring, custom stained wood trim, doors, and custom manufactured plastic laminate cabinets with combination of solid surfaces and plastic laminate counters.
